Solid Ground Transitional House residents will be homeless and substance-free Macomb County families with children, elderly and physical/mental challenged individuals.

  • All potential residents must go through an intake and screening process for approval and admittance into the program.
     

  • Referrals will come from outside agencies or individuals.
     

  • To stay in the program, residents must abide by general house rules and participate in their individualized treatment goals. Violation of house rules or lack of participation of treatment planning/progress can lead to dismissal from the program.
     

  • All residents will remain substance-free and will participate in breathalyzer tests and random drug screens.
     

  • Solid Ground, Inc. will work with residents to achieve success of a self-sufficient plan.
